Protein Pancakes with Berries and greek Yogurt

•EasyFluffy, high-protein pancakes made with oats and protein powder, topped with berries and Greek yogurt for a sweet but macro-friendly meal.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~25g protein)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plus extra for topping)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- Cooking spray or butter for the pan
Instructions
- Blend oats, banana, egg whites, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and yogurt until smooth.
- Heat nonstick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease.
- Pour batter into small pancakes. Cook 2–3 min each side until golden.
- Top with berries and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
Notes
- Use casein for thicker pancakes, whey for fluffier.
- Sweeten with stevia or honey if needed.
- Store in fridge and reheat in toaster.
