Macros

Ingredients
- 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickle chips
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Special Sauce
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper
- Cook beef in a large skillet, breaking into pieces
- In the last minute, add cheese and let melt
- Prepare bowls with lettuce base
- Top with beef and cheese mixture
- Add tomatoes, onions, and pickles
- Drizzle with special sauce
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
Notes
- Use 93/7 ground beef for lower fat content
- Add a fried egg for extra protein
