Macros

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickle chips
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Special Sauce

  • 1/4 cup light mayo
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate
  2. Season ground beef with salt and pepper
  3. Cook beef in a large skillet, breaking into pieces
  4. In the last minute, add cheese and let melt
  5. Prepare bowls with lettuce base
  6. Top with beef and cheese mixture
  7. Add tomatoes, onions, and pickles
  8. Drizzle with special sauce
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

Notes

  • Use 93/7 ground beef for lower fat content
  • Add a fried egg for extra protein
  • Can use ground turkey for a leaner option
  • Store sauce in fridge for up to 1 week
