Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
- 3 oz (90ml) Prosecco
- 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
- 1 oz (30ml) Soda water
- Orange slice for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice
- Pour in the Prosecco first
- Add the Aperol
- Top with soda water
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with an orange slice
Notes
- The classic ratio is 3:2:1 (Prosecco:Aperol:Soda)
- Use well-chilled ingredients for the best result
- Can substitute Aperol with Campari for a more bitter version (Campari Spritz)
- Serve immediately while bubbly
