Ingredients

  • 3 oz (90ml) Prosecco
  • 2 oz (60ml) Aperol
  • 1 oz (30ml) Soda water
  • Orange slice for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
  2. Pour in the Prosecco first
  3. Add the Aperol
  4. Top with soda water
  5. Stir gently to combine
  6. Garnish with an orange slice

Notes

  • The classic ratio is 3:2:1 (Prosecco:Aperol:Soda)
  • Use well-chilled ingredients for the best result
  • Can substitute Aperol with Campari for a more bitter version (Campari Spritz)
  • Serve immediately while bubbly
