Ingredients

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder (50g protein)
  • 1 cup whole milk (8g protein)
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (10g protein)
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tsp creatine

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender
  2. Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth
  3. Add more milk if too thick
  4. Serve immediately

Notes

  • Use frozen banana for a thicker, creamier texture
  • Can substitute peanut butter with almond butter
  • Add spinach for extra nutrients without affecting taste
  • Best consumed within 30 minutes of making
