Ingredients
- 2 scoops whey protein powder (50g protein)
- 1 cup whole milk (8g protein)
- 1 large banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (10g protein)
- Handful of ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tsp creatine
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender
- Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until smooth
- Add more milk if too thick
- Serve immediately

- Use frozen banana for a thicker, creamier texture
- Can substitute peanut butter with almond butter
- Add spinach for extra nutrients without affecting taste
